After you agree to the terms, you may sign the contract. Please give careful consideration when choosing where to live. At the same time, we recommend that you make up your mind as soon as possible when you come across a property that suits your needs.

Is it possible to rent a room without a guarantor?

In most cases, if you have passed the screening process, YOLO HOME does not require you to have a guarantor.
However, you will need to provide emergency contact from your home country (in principle a relative) and emergency contact in Japan (friends are accepted).

I lost the keys to my place. What should I do?
